PARADE ROUTE

Kingsway Holiday Parade will start at the east Airport Road entrance (across from Superstore) and make its way along Kingsway and ends at Kingsway Mall where Santa will be visiting.

 

The parade will take part on the south side of Kingsway, heading eastbound towards Kingsway Mall. There are many areas you can safely sit with your family to view.

We encourage you to bundle up and be ready to enjoy the holiday parade with us and wish you the Happiest Holiday Season!

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16th, 2024

5 PM START TIME

ROAD CLOSURES

Begin approx. 4:00 pm and will reopen immediately after the last float has

reached the end (approx. 6 pm). Please leave time to find parking and set up your seating area!

​

VIEWING

The optimum viewing area will be along Kingsway starting from the Superstore to the corner of 109 Street, as the parade will be traveling along the South side of the road, heading East towards Kingsway Mall. There is plenty of room along Airway Park to set up your chairs!

PARKING

Parking is available at:

• Kingsway Mall

• Edmonton Inn (limited due to events) and

• *Alberta Aviation Museum ​​(*note that when parking at this location, vehicles will not be able to leave until the roadways are reopened at approx. 6:15pm)

• Central Lions Senior Centre (11113-113 Street)

PUBLIC TRANSIT

Public Transit is available at the Kingsway Bus Station or the Kingsway/Royal Alex LRT station.

​

Don't forget to bring a can of food for Edmonton's Food Bank!

​Drop off bins will be by Superstore and Kingsway Mall
